Jonathan remarked to David that he would be sad because of the empty seat at the feast in which David would not be attending when he was in flight for his own life. Sometimes, we may fail to see the significance of "the empty seat" today in our church family.
I'm not talking about the occasional miss for sickness, work, or visit...but much more the actual "empty seat" that hears sermon after sermon, meets visitor after visitor, and remains empty week after week.
What can we learn from the empty seat? Take a listen to this lesson as we explore the "causes, dangers, and effects" of the empty seat!
